It looks as though you'll have a bit more time to assemble your fellowship. Warner Bros. Interactive and Snowblind Studios have provided a revised release date for the upcoming action RPG the Lord of the Rings: War in the North, and it's now coming out in November instead of August. When in November? How does the first grab you?

As a consolation, the publisher has released a few images of the box art in three flavors: Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

November, eh? Aside from the release of Uncharted 3, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and Saints Row: The Third, the month is pretty dry for games.

Yikes.

In addition to lengthy solo-friendly story quests, Star Wars: The Old Republic will be fleshed out with group-focused instances called "flashpoints." A few weeks ago at Comic-Con, BioWare showed off one of the game's first flashpoints for Republic players, the Esseles, and now you can check it out for yourself.

This video includes some story segments, plenty of combat, and even some developer commentary on this difficult mission where players must protect an important diplomat from Imperials. Watch the full 13-minute video below.
